Our tranquil Welcome Cottages Suffolk are beautifully furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. Situated in fantastic surroundings in the rural village of Blaxhall, they are less than 2 miles from Snape Maltings and are ideally located for the Aldeburgh & Snape Festival.

Nelson Studio sleeps 2 and Admiral Cottage sleeps 4. Sleeping 6 in total. Sofabed and cots also available.

Throughout the year you can bird watch at RSPB’s flagship reserve, Minsmere; go to concerts at Snape Maltings; shop at the local farmers markets, antique shops and interesting boutiques, or visit churches, castles, historic houses and Anglo-Saxon burial sites. Alternatively you could simply relax and unwind!

If you are feeling active there are miles of breathtaking walks and cycle trails and plenty of opportunity for horse riding. As keen horse riders, we can also advice about tailor made horse-riding excursions on the beach and in the countryside for all levels of riders including complete beginners.
