We are just a short commute from London, the South East and the Midlands. Our easy-to-get-to position means you won’t have to compromise on the luxurious break you deserve.

Our tranquil cottages are situated in the rural countryside less than 2 miles from Snape Maltings and within easy reach of Suffolk's Heritage Coast. With no long journey to worry about, you will have extra time to relax and enjoy one of the most scenic areas of Britain.

Whatever the time of year you are sure to have a fantastic short break. There is a wealth of things to do and see for couples, families and dogs.

Visit during the autumn and winter and you can enjoy the quaint villages and market towns dotted along the coast, wrap up and stroll through the fantastic countryside or take a bracing seaside walk, and relax in the evening in a warm restaurant or cosy Suffolk pub.

Throughout the year you can bird watch at RSPB’s flagship reserve, Minsmere, go to concerts at Snape Maltings, shop at the local farmers' markets, antique shops and interesting boutiques, or visit churches, castles, historic houses and Anglo-Saxon burial sites. Alternatively you could simply relax and unwind!

If you are feeling active there are miles of breathtaking walks and cycle trails and plenty of opportunity for horse riding.

So where better to do something different, explore a new part of the country, be a tourist for weekend getaways, or simply to escape?
